This song is about the war on drugs and how tax payers money is going to waste, paying for police training, paying for prisons, paying for prisoners over drugs, and the problem with this is that drugs are a choice, its a way of life that people choose to live, government shouldnt be able to control that, especially while wasting tax payers money. This song is also about the black market that has been created from prohibition, since drugs are illgal they need to be supplied to the drug user illegally, the money from this goes to corrupt places, terrorist, corrupt police to fuel smugglers and to pull the wool over the police officers eyes. i think its about life in Trenchtown, Jamaica.. the ghetto of kingston... i think its about only having love in this horrible place but everythings going to be alright as long as you live for now and stay true and try not to worry about government issues and bullshit that doesnt matter as much after your life is over but hey, i could be wrong |
