Lyric discussion by StarRanger5100

Well I think these lyrics would make a lot more sense if you ever worked in the restaurant business. There are a lot of lines in here that reflect the mood and atmosphere of working at a restaurant (I work at Pappadeaux and this song feels just like home). Things like "Hungry bread and butter hustle" is just the act of trying to refill your many tables with butter while trying to do a million other things. "Where's your relaxation? Where's the time required for your health Been hating on my new perspective. Been Hurrying along no meal is ever done" Working long shifts 5 times a week really does put a damper on your health, as does it change your perspective about a lot of things, such as discriminating against minorities because they don't tip well, or things along those lines that you didn't previously think. "Bad mind let me put on good habbits been working to put on good habbits some times I can't find my good habbits." You pick up a lot of bad habits working in the fast paced atmosphere of a restaurant, most you don't normally do outside of your work. You aren't happy about them, but you have to do it to do your job. Other lines like "Glad you brought your food on Eat it like it's gonna get a way this coffee sure is getting colder the seats are getting fewer space is losing place" again seem to just talk about life as a server at a restaurant. Now the whole "could you win a rabbit?" thing is what really confuses me about this song, perhaps it has to do with some small gimick an AC member had to promote as a server to his tables, or something along those lines. I'm not entirely sure about this meaning of the song, it just seems a lot of these lines were heavily influenced by being a server at a restaurant
