Its about someone who is so paralized by a breakup they must result to drugs and medication to get over their ex. she's got so many problems but she feels so good for the singer. for him she is like a drug that he used to medicate himself with however now that she is not there the feeling he gets from real medication is not the same. he tries to get rid of all of the painful thoughts of her but it is impossible. she cant even begin to understand the hell that he is experiencing. he wants his life to be surreal and beautiful like in the movies however he does not find things to be that way. Although he knows that she is bad he gives this girl the benifit of the doubt saying that she did not mean to do everything she did, but he wants her to know all of the pain that he is going through because of her.
