I'm not sure if this is right, but it seems like there might be a connection to me. In the song they sing Anna Molly pretty strangly. I think they are trying to make it sound like "Annabel Lee" as in the poem by E. A. Poe. Theres also a couple of lyrical connections like "This city by the sea" In the poem by poe, the second line is "In a kingdom by the sea"
