The mourners of St Paul

Let the sky grow dark
With a heavy heart
Let the funeral start x2

Suddenly it seemed
Love is just a dream
On a TV screen
In a magazine

Mother please hold on
Brother please be strong
Let me play this song
We all sang along
I see trees are green, red roses to, scattered out for you
On a grey stone
Im 12 years over I can’t stay sober
And there’s a bluebird in my heart
That’s caged and it can’t sing
So fill your bloodlines
Open up buttons kid this wont sting
It’s like a slowing of your senses just might solve something
Let the mourners of St Paul speak up the rain

Suddenly it seams
Im settled in my own routines
I know the years gone
I still sing the same sad song
So when the snow has finally cleared
Im gonna spin away from here
And wake my father’s bones
And drag his ghost into the roads

This house could hold nothing but melodies
So slumber such miserable memories
So Just rule out the simplest kind
Let’s drink some water he left behind

Suddenly it seams
Im settled in my own routines
I know the years gone
I still sing the same sad song
Let the sky grow dark
With a heavy heart
Let the funeral start x2

Ok, the lyrics on here are a bit wrong, here are some corrections! My corrections are in CAPITALS:

    Mourners of St Paul's

Let the sky grow dark, With a heavy heart, Let the funeral start, Let the funeral start.

Suddenly it seemed, Love WAS just a dream, On a TV screen, In a magazine.

Mother please hold on, Brother please be strong, YEAH, THEY play this song, We all sang along,

I see trees OF green, Red roses too, Scattered out for you, On a grey stone TOMB.

Im 12 years OLDER, I can’t stay sober, And there’s a bluebird in my heart that’s caged and it can’t sing, So fill your bloodlines UP WITH BOURBON KID AND THIS WON'T STING, It’s like the slowing of your senses just might solve something, Let the mourners of St Paul LEAK? up the rain. (I'm not too sure, but it sounds like leak)

Suddenly it seams, Im settled in my own routines, ANOTHER YEAR HAS GONE, I still sing the same sad song.

So when the snow has finally cleared, Im gonna SWIM away from here, And wake my father’s bones, And drag his ghost into the ROAD.

This house could hold nothing but MELODY, So SOMBRE, such miserable MEMORY, So Just LOVE OF THE SIMPLEST KIND, Let’s drink TO ALL THAT WE'VE LEFT BEHIND

LET THE FUNERAL START, LET THE FUNERAL START, LET THE FUNERAL START, LET THE FUNERAL START.

Suddenly it seams, Im settled in my own routines, ANOTHER YEAR HAS GONE, I still sing the same sad song, Let the sky grow dark, With a heavy heart, Let the funeral start, Let the funeral start.

Let me know what you think

Suddenly it seemed Love is just a dream On a TV screen In a magazine

Mother please hold on Brother please be strong Yeah they play this song We all sang along I see trees of green, red roses too, scattered out for you On a grave stone I’m 12 years older I can’t stay sober And there’s a bluebird in my heart That’s caged and it can’t sing So fill your bloodlines up with bourbon kid this won’t sting It’s like a slowing of your senses just might solve something Let the mourners of St Pauls lead the parade

Suddenly it seams I’m settled in my old routines Another year has gone I still sing the same sad song So when the snow has finally cleared I’m gonna swim away from here And wake my father’s bones And drag his ghost into the road

This house could hold nothing but melodies So sombre, such miserable memories Three cheers for love of the simplest kind Let’s drink to all that he left behind

Suddenly it seams I’m settled in my old routines Another year has gone I still sing the same sad song Let the sky grow dark With a heavy heart Let the funeral start Let the funeral start

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.
