I interpreted it to be a man and a woman, who not looking for love fall in love, like two souls crashed into the truest, purest love... But he is married, so it's a forbidden Love. He wants her and only her, but can't bring himself to break his family up, so he is torn and doesn't want to lose his true love but can't be with her either.
