Personally I think that this song shows young pink, not having had proper guidance in his life and having little to no life experience outside of his protected comfort zone, looking for a lady to fills his emptiness (which is already wrong) , specifically looking for a lady that fits the requirements of his desires.
only to find out later (now married, with the epithet mr. and mrs.) that the wild and dirty lady of his naive desires, ended up doing him dirty in the long run by having an affair.
had he had proper guidance, he would have known that filling his emptiness comes from the inside, not from someone else on the outside. he also wouldve picked a lady he could trust, a clean lady if you will, that wouldnt end up doing him dirty, but alas, the blind and naive wee young lad had to learn the hard way.
this is exactly why parents shouldnt shelter their children and allow them to fail, make mistakes and learn from them on their own, otherwise they end up in situations like these.
