The paradox is that she needs to be protected against the Psyco guy himself. He wants her but obviously can’t get her (there's someone who needs you). The song ends (the clip) where he is detained in a Psycological department which tells us that he's the real Psycho here. But, "Jeanny" is there as well and is teasing him (kiss on the cheek with her red lips) and appearing in normal clothes as in a "wedding" dress as well.
