The meaning to the song was to make fun of all of the Martial Arts movies and TV shows that suddenly sprang to existence from Bruce Lee and his popularity in that time. (Especially since Bruce made his movies super cheap as a snark to the studio's that would not consider him a true "actor" just because he was oriental!) They even used two of the character's names from his movies! (Funky Billy Chin and Little Sammy Choung) so it's a spoof of a spoof about being RACIST targeted at the very huge midwestern RACIST white community!
So it's like putting a quail into a chicken into a duck into a turkey into a goose!
Also because a Black man was doing a song about a yellow man fooling the white man!
