The song is referring to Mussolini & his girlfriend. A metaphor relating to Obama "title" & how he is into everyone's business; locally & abroad. Clara obviously refers to Michelle who would be part of it due to the relationship with her husband. Subterfuge referring to the fact that he is always justifying his action "We, the American people" We the American people do not always agree.
Ending with.... if you want to carry on like a God or a martyr you too will end up with a nail through the feet and a nail through the hands. Nah nah nah nah. :-)
