I feel this is a love song about a man wanting more out of his relationship. The line "Tastebuds on your cunt, so you can lick my booty from the front" represents the man's desire to confront this issue face to face... but then later, the line "Tastebuds on my nuts, so I can taste up inside your butt" shows the man reverting to his old ways of standing back and remaining silent on the issue. This is a rather sad story of fading love and the desire to hold on to what's left in a relationship that may have run it's course. A real beautiful song.
