I have always thought that this song is about a criminal who is sentenced to death, and while he is waiting for it, he just enjoys telling his heinous crimes...
Anyhow, no matter what this is about, it is an amazing song. it has great covers. I like Metallica's, but I prefer the one that AFI made :)
