Honestly, I think this song is about a girl being in love with another girl. Maybe she's friends with the other girl and her boyfriend. I think the boyfriend kind of wants tips on how to please the girl (or really how to dance) and the narrator doesn't want to teach him "how to dance with her". You know, she dislikes that they're together enough, she secretly wants them to break up, so why would she help them?
Possible there is/was a bit of a thing going on between the narrator and other girl and she just thinks if she helps him it'll all be over with the girl. Like maybe the narrator keeps thinking about how bad for her the guy is and how she wishes he would just "get a clue" and realize what's going on between them...
