"And we will never be afraid again" this is talking about the fear of trusting someone completely when you are trying to start a relationship, but since the spectrum has revealed them they don't have to worry about that ever again, they have each other. "And we'll come back dressed in black" once again as yhtrownu said, even in death, they will know each other and be together forever.
