For me, this song reminds me of the relationship between myself and my mother. She worries so much about me almost all of the time. Also, I have no problem in saying that I "seek the world"; such a traveller at heart!! My mam isn't the best traveller when it comes to flying, so it's a real kick in the teeth for her.

Me, I can relate to this line sooooo much. My mam must accept that, one day, whether she likes it or not, she is going to have to let me go and do the things and see the things that I want to do and see.
Me being an only child doesn't help, I suppose... but that's my two cents for this amazing song.
