Accoridng to the official lyrics provided for the Japanese edition Tomboy, the woman's voice is saying "I found this great guy".
Other samples include:
"do you know your name?" after the first "you know you can count on me";
"you are not a loser" after the first "i'll get so up for it";
"one single thought" after "who are you if i'm not up for it";
"that's how you become great" after "like a force field switch";
"i did with the kid" after "keep you secure just a little bit";
