I think he threw a party because he's going somewhere the next day ("flight's in the morning. what you doing that's so important?"). People are leaving the party ("i was just calling 'cause they were just leaving") but he's still there drunk and lonely.

He doesn't know how to handle relationships now that he's famous ("I've had sex four times this week i'll explain, having a hard time adjusting to fame") so he has nobody to keep him company when everybody leaves. He probably knew the girl he talks to on the phone before fame. He knows that she is one of the relationships that actually means something to him, so he calls her to get her to come over and hopefully make up. She won't come because of her new boyfriend ("the girl that i would try, is happy with a good guy") so he says "fuck that nigga.....i know you still think about the times we had".

He's been drinking ("too many drinks have been given to me") and doing drugs ("sprite in that mixture") so when she starts saying no he becomes completely distraught and starts pouring out his emotions over the phone.

He can't keep any girls because the more money he spends on them, the more he starts thinking of them as gold diggers and ruining his relationships ("I don't think I'm conscious of making monsters out of the women i sponsor 'til it all goes bad").

He ashamed because there are girls who he is spending his money on that don't really care for him (paid for their flights and hotels I'm ashamed).

He's unfulfilled because when he's with friends he talks about his successes and failures with women ("i think i'm addicted to naked pictures and sitting talking 'bout bitches that we almost had") but he knows that it's all meaningless.

He can't convince her to come over, so at the end of the song he is still lonely and distraught.
