The line "The colours fade, from blue to grey" reminds me of the Metric song "Grow Up and Blow Away" and the lines "if this is the life, why does it feel,so good to die today,blue to grey,grow up and blow away"
I really like the change from
"When you finally become someone" to "But will you actually be anyone?" it's like a slap in the face.
