because the album is about the war between an angel and vampire falling in love, and how they fight to be together, i think the part that says:
"Awake to the birth of an Angel,
she has your eyes,
and I will hide them, don't worry.
And soon she will grow,
I can�t believe this is all my fault,
yeah, soon she will grow,"
means that they have a baby, thats an angel like her father, but they know that the devil/vampires/other angels will want her killed, like they want to kill her parents, so he says he will hide her away and she will grow up and live.
