I've thought of it as being about how celebrities don't try hard to put out music that has any actual meaning to it anymore. The lines that go with the 'blah blah blahs' are about how all music during the time is just about the same exact stuff, and that eventually the meanings fade and it just sounds like every other type of music that's around.

I've always heard the other part as being:

I didn't mean to do it It loved me in my head I tried to a charmer But got a bit hopeless instead The world is very sexy It's part of my collapse

This part is about how the celebrities try to get out of things, like when you hear about a celebrity having an alcohol addiction or a drug problem. They claim they 'didn't mean to do it, it loved me in my head'. They 'try to be a charmer' so that people will believe them and say that they shouldn't be punished, but they just get 'a bit hopeless instead' because eventually people will realize that they aren't going to stop doing it anyway, so there's no point in letting them go free.

'The world is very sexy' is probably about how sexual things are a main part of music nowadays, and as such, 'it's part of my collapse', the celebrity becomes one that people think is a sick or disgusting kind and they forget about them eventually.

The 'rock it, rock it' part at the end symbolizes how, despite the scandals and issues of the celebrity world, there are still fans who love their music and are willing to 'rock it' when listening to them sing and perform.

Oh my god this site.

@VocalSoul I thik that is the most accurate meaning so far
