This is just my interpretation but a lot of it could be about Jesus and how he wants to take the sins of humanity ("Cry for the darkness to come down on me") and lead them to heaven ("If we're all going somewhere let's get their soon"). The song that has no title is a metaphor for life and how it goes on forever. Also, the "Look in the mirror and stare at myself/ And wonder if that's really me on the shelf" seems to point out the fact that religion is slipping away from the people, he feels unwanted but still wants to help. Really makes me cry now.......
