I'm just going to throw this out there, but I totally think of this song as having two meanings - one is the literal, but the other is the way we are "sold" things generally - through propoganda, advertising, media, etc. There's a lot of "cheap ecstasy" (i.e. easy highs) out there, and while it might not be what they mean, if you know these folks at all, it's totally believable that they would look at these things and respond to say they don't want their bodies. I like applying this meaning, at any rate.
