Her true love, Alejandro (Ale-ale-jandro) is obviously an ex cop whose partner and former lover, Fernando, was killed in action by the drug lord, Roberto - who Lady Gaga also one had a brief fling with. Overcome with feelings of guilt and grief, Alejandro is now a vigilante gunning for Roberto. Lady Gaga meanwhile finds herself caught in the middle of these troubling times.
The "hot like Mexico" clearly indicates that Roberto has fled to Nuevo Leon and attempting to start a new life there all the while Alejandro is on his trail, who also, due to the loss of Fernando, is overly protective of Lady Gaga ("Just like a dad").
