Lyric discussion by darylegan

I feel that this song means alot more to someone from Glasgow, so this is the look on it from a 14 year old boy from Glasgow, 1st i have noticed alot of people in the comments misunderstanding the lyrics were it says "go square go" a square go is a Glasgow term for a fair fight which people say when they are like provoking someone.

In Glasgow fighting is just the way we live and wether we know we are going to lose or not, you have to fight, everyone disrespects someone for running from a fight, if you fight and lose, then you still get respect, i really do get what he says about his dad, i was always brought up like that, i guess its like shame on your dad if you lose.

Alot of people say that this is a sad song, but it makes me happy, it reminds me of the Glasgow culture, most people say thats a bad thing but the adreniline, people who have been brought up in Glasgow will understand. and for some reason it always makes me feel as if im actually getting ready for a fight, especially the "Here we fucking go" bit, I love chanting that so much.
