The first verse "been there, done that, messed around, I'm having fun,...I'll never let you sweep me off my feet" is in the present day. She has been deeply hurt by a past relationship and is now out having meaningless relations. The second verse "I won't let you in again the messages I've tried to send, my info. just not going in" is that "special" person is trying to come back and she is telling him/her no, she is not going to get back together with them but they are persistant. He/she then says bad things about her and the question "come out to play when your hurt?"
