It could be about any secret you don't want anyone to know (like in the video with the cards), but I think it's more about a secret relationship. Not like a mistress or cheating on someone, but the fun of keeping the relationship quiet. Or maybe about seeing someone you know you shouldn't, like your best friends brother/sister, or your sister/brothers partner, that kind of thing. I LOVE THIS SONG!!!
