Bush, then broadened it pretty widely allowing that it could be applicable to any closed-minded, bigotted conservatives, in any country. I have to admit, I am a little amused that a lot of people seemed so eager to claim their country was the root of the screaming verbal effigy. Unfortunately, I think it can equally apply to many different individuals in many countries all over the world. Share the hate! So many deserve it!
