i definitely agree its not about Joe..i would say it was written when she was younger and less known..going by the fact that in the song hes more well known than her..and well nowadays there isnt a great deal more people more well known than Taylor Swift...so i agree with Roseanne13..its about her younger self having a crush on a massive celeb..x
