This song is actually a sort of a tribute/remake of "Ghetto Shout Out" by Parris Mitchell(He's named in the song).

Mark Dana in the house (Sounds like Mike Devon to me, but I can't be sure)
Tom Allen's in the house (Sounds like Todd Arab to me, but I can't be sure)
