This song is basicly saying that no matter how old you are it's okay to cry. A couple of years ago my cousin died, she was only a year old and I'd helped my aunt take care of her since she was three months old. She was more like a little sister to me than a cousin. For three months after she died I couldn't cry or even talk about her then I heard this song. I realized that it was okay to cry,that it didn't make me weak.
