The newer version does sound more prodouced, and I was expecting something more acoustic, but William still manages to convey an impressive amount of emotion through the song. I can't stop listening to it...I'm not going through heartbreak, or about to, but this song still effects me. That's what makes a good song in my opinion, one that makes you really feel something[sounds really "emo", I know, but it's true], whether it be love, hate, sadness or joy. This is one of those great songs.
