I get a very strong Kate bush vibe from this song. And I think it is intentional.
"Hounds of law" sounds a lot like "Hounds of Love". Her singing even sounds alot like Kate bush, an obvious flirt with her :)

Chevy is spot on, I actually DID think it was Kate Bush and that it said Hounds of Love and I reckoned it may have been a remix of an old Kate Bush song at first.
Anyway, agreed it's about sex and it's a fantastic song from a great album
