i never really, really thought about this song until my friend brought it up today. and after reading the lyrics with his thought in the back of my mind, it makes so much more sense now.
it's not at all about an abortion; and i dont really think it's about suicide either.
it seems brian's talking about a past...as in regrets...and maybe he's trying to recover or do better; but then he steps back into it. to me, the whole song screams that. [now, at least, credit to my friend]
