Yes, I agree that it's brilliant and very underrated - a fantastic and fast-moving PSB rap. I only realised when I was listening to this earlier that it's describes everything backwards, from the guy passing out in hospital to earlier when he's been sacked from his job - genius. It's a sort of funny but really sad story at the same time. The only thing I don't like about it is the chorus - it gets a bit repetitive.
