It's definitely about a breakup. For some reason, the guy left her and said she didn't mean anything to him anymore, thus "Now oh so easily your over me / Gone is love."
However, the guy comes back to apologize, but the girl is in the process of moving on. The idea that he wants back is tempting ("It's you that ought to be holding me") but she knows that she needs to move on. This battled between herself is hurting her ("This hurts I told you so") She says that he was attracted to her, and that he was never really attractive to her ("You're not adorable / I was something unignorable.") And so, she tells him "shut up and let me go"
