i think its about a really naive/young girl or hooker maybe trying to be accepted (Give the boys a flash and they’ll love you so/give the girls some cash cause your mother said so) and the boys realize shes naive so they just sorta take advantage of it all for sex. then one guy tells her that and makes her cry, and 'everybody knows [she] cried last night' since she realized how stupid she was being. not sure about some of it, but thats what i think...its one of my favorite songs! catchy too.
