The guy gives his girl a warning about what he could be capable of if she "betray"s him with another man. She obviously doesn't pay too much attention to this because he goes on to find her in bed with some other guy. In a crazed fit of jealousy he shoots him.
He is satisfied by doing so with the sinister assurance that "he won't come around here anymore". He tries to convinces himself that he doesn't "feel so bad", but then he starts regretting what he's done: "Did I do the wrong thing? / Oh, what was i thinking?".
Very dramatic & very Hollywood, with the potential for an awesome music video.
