This is definantly THE defining song of Withering to Death imho. Kyo's voice tends to almost overflow with emotion. My interpretation is even when things in life have gotten to the point of attempted suicide from losing loved ones and seeing all the horrible things around you, like the "Flowers" Kyo refers to at the end, life can bloom and begin anew if your willing to work for it.
"The Final" to me means the final time he'd try to take his life and to try and make life worth living again.
