The song's about someone [most probably a girl..duh..] who's had enough of their boyfriend's actions. Their boyfriend's a trouble maker, through and through. He toys with her heart as he fools around with other girls. She sings about how she was "caught by his spell", thinking he was the perfect guy and that they were totally "honest with each other" (You told me all about your dreams). But in reality, it's all a lie. She even sings about how she gave him everything..and "lost that one thing she can never retrieve" (virginity?),.
