I think the lines "chiisai omoi demo/wasurenai de itte kureta" should mean along the lines of "in spite of the small memory, you come to me without forgetting" - sorry if the translation is a little rough. Looking at the words itte and kureta, it seems the other person is going to the speaker instead of her going to him.
also to me the line "sakende temo" sounds more like "sakenda demo", which makes a bit more sense. so it would mean "I cry about the pain, but (you keep disappearing)".
Don't shoot me if I'm wrong though - like you I'm only a student, only I've studied Japanese a year longer than you have :P
