The clip at the end is a distorted version of Radiohead's The Bends, by the way. He says "Where do we go from here/ the planet is again engulfed in a sea of fear" in the sample, which I think pretty much sums up what False Flags is about, too. Mass panic about riots and wars that do nothing to change wrongs in the end.
