I think this is such a perfect song. The stones are the troubles in our lives. They drag us down. The song starts talking about how they will tear us apart but at the end she talks about how they saved a fool in her and how they are a blessing and have built the best in her. This can apply to so much in our lives. Things we think we can't live through end up making us stronger people in the end.
