President Bush manages to screw up the economy which caused several people to loose their jobs so on the contrary it is parcially Bush's fault.
As far as giving the homeless 5$ a day. I think the money would be better spent on them, then to help kill people in Iraq. I'm all for the troops, but if we didn't have a war then we wouldn't have to worry about spending money to protect them now would we?
