I think this song is explaining how one begins to feel after having suffered many painful heartbreaks. whether it was from multiple people or just one person. I think its showing what a person becomes after having been used over and over by a person or people. "I'm weak when you miss me, when you roll me on your tongue" meaning that when you are so consumed by someone you will let them walk all over you when they need to. "you whisper me your best moves, and i almost believe you" explains that through the lies this person is telling you, you are so compelled to believe them that you let yourself, but deep down you still know they are misleading you..
