I'd say it's about growing up and the feeling of invincibility that you have when you're young but how that illusion gets shattered when someone you know (who's young) dies and the feeling of shock that hits you. The atmospherics of this song are incredible makes me think of those beautiful summer nights driving around town around sunset and late at night. Song's probably my favorite off of Tonight And Forever.
