I love this track, especially the extended dance mix on the 1990-2000 B-sides. As for the meaning, i think it's about gambling.

She put me in the black" can be interperated two ways. The black can refer to the color on a roulette wheel in a casino or the fact that all the money won from betting has put the owner "in the black" financially speaking.

those credit guys they've got the power" shows how sometimes people get addicted to gambling, lose all their money and eventually all their stuff gets taken away. A great song, its the first track on my mp3 player :).
