its meant that

means that Cold tongues (cold is always bad in rammstein songs) call him fagott and when he screams he says schwuler ahhhhh
it can sound like schwula wich is same as schwuler, schwula is just "slang"
but if u really listen u hear the "er" instead of "ah"
