i think its about a girl who people only see whats going on on the outside, and dont really care about her-slightly mental, and tempramental but shes beautiful-she does things that seem right, like take a pill or wear orthopedic shoes but thats just making things worse because even though there are people around her they only see "the pill" or the shoes. they only see the things that are supposed to make her better
