ok i agree with cshl420, this song relates to none of you unless youre addicted to pills, he was clean but felt like shit went to the docter got prescription for pills, had a relapse, couldnt get clean, didnt want to get clean-waiting til he falls or o.d.s and then he dies. he didnt want anyone to "save him, or change him" doesnt want to be clean-judging from the havent slept yet its not oxys or anything its some sort of amphetamine and it kills him
