I think it's a joke. Not a "ha ha" joke; I think it's supposed to be ironic. It's what every virile young man would love to hear a woman say to him. What immature and obnoxious man doesn't want a blowjob queen, regardless of whether he deserves it? The irony is that he doesn't deserve it.

I also think an ironic take on the song fits much better in context with the rest of "Exile in Guyville."

I think I agree. It's not that I believe only men think this way (that's definitely not true, and Liz Phair is definitely not shy) it's just that the completely deadpan tone and even more monotone delivery than usual makes it seem like she's reciting what a man wants to hear, rather than something she's actually sincere about.

I don't think wanting a blowjob queen makes you immature and obnoxious. All men enjoy a blow job from a woman who likes to give them. I also don't think it is a joke. Liz is singing about having her own sexual energy unlike most women when the album was released. It is a faux pas for a woman to talk like this, but ok for men to be sexually suggestive. I think she is being bold and honest and confronting the issue of women hiding their sexuality. From my experience when are just as sexual as men but...
